Very calm location, a beautiful property. Large rooms, comfortable beds and exallent furnitures. I would have given 5 * but .. a/ c in my Room (Villa 2, Room 1- care taker Prakash) was not working, room was not clean ( Found cockroach) and Service is not appreciable. But for this, it was a good experience. I suggest owners should prominently display a number to whom we can lodge a complaint, when staff is not very helpful.. Purpose of my review is that Guests in future get the best service and the Staff should realise that their bread comes by looking after the comfort and needs of the Guests. Not any Cash back.

Had a nice family get-together in the Villa. Pretty good place for groups of 10-15. The staff were friendly and nice. Pros: - Nice big Villa. - Good outside space for walking and cricket. - Nice garden and spacious balcony. - Great swimming pool. Could improve: - Additional blankets and shelves could be cleaner. - AC in one of the rooms was not great. - Cleaning the dining table was difficult after eating because there were no cleaning supplies. - Adding a Wi-Fi and microwave would make the experience a lot better. - Billards was not available. - Please move the empty reception desk away from the hall / property Important: - Kettle: add a better kettle please. When the kettle is on and hot, switching off the kettle is difficult because the plastic is very hot. Also, Add a separate slab or table to place the kettle because we could only find power sockets that were near the floor. The kettle spills boiling hot water on the floor and we know that hot water, floor and power socket is not a good combination. Please fix it by adding a good metal kettle on a slab.

The property is good and well maintained. The staff is very courteous and helpful. Mr Prakash was always available and attended to all our needs. The pool was very good. Overall had a pleasant stay

Dt 16.1.24 Good evening , took 3 villas for pongal holiday ,rooms are ok bathroom just ok . Need to be service . All the bath tubs are broken one of the villa ( villa number 28 ) stinking badly ( wash room main hole was jammed) no arrangements of food .atender is very good person arranged all

We recently stayed here to attend Surfing festival. The individual units are big with multiple rooms. Rooms are spacious and decent. However maintenance is poor. We found cickroach in most rooms. Restroom fittings are broken or not in working condition. Parking available in front of individual units. No backup power. Swimming pool was decent. However the place lacks facilities. Staff were friendly.

One of the best place to stay in chennai. Very safe and nicely maintained villas. For a 3 bhk or 4 bhk, try coming with around 8 to 9 people to have a fun filled stay. Prabhu, the manager was very courteous and supportive.
